Refunds can be issued on unused merchandise returned in it's original condition and mailed within 10 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee as well shipping charges will be withheld. All returns should be safely packed and we recommend that they be insured.

   All custom boxes have a 20% premium price. I will gladly build you a custom box if time and workload permit. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final purchase price must be paid prior to any work beying initiated. Additional charges and advance payments may apply for special projects.

   Every box I build is unique. If you see a sold box you would like replicated, I will try to make one similar while still maintaining uniqueness within each box.
